At VOM we understand that privacy and the confidentiality of documents is very important to our clients. 

Whilst documents are conveyed between VOM and the client via the internet, this is done using a secure site which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.  Even individual VOM employees cannot access documents on the site without authorisation and password access.  At no time can clients access the documents of other clients.  In other words, all documents housed on the site can only be accessed by the client, VOM management and the word processor assigned to the document.

All VOM management and word processing staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements, a copy of which can be provided to clients upon request.
